We moved fully to new cache cluster. The migration is complete.

Verifying
After warming up, at 18:15 UTC, we moved reads to the new cache cluster.
Latency slightly increased but within the normal bounds. DB load increased as expected but just less than 20% and no issues. All services operational.
We will keep watching the migration, but we don't anticipate any issues.

Backfilling is ongoing. All operations normal. No apreciable impact to api latency at this point.

Our service provider needs to do emergency maintenance to our cache instances. We will proactively warmup and migrate to a new cache cluster in a controlled way to avoid issues.
We don't anticipate any issues. Slight increase in api response times might be expected.
